ESP32-C3 max sample rate—reveal

I’ve never had much luck in finding a spec on the maximum sample rate for a ESP32 ADC but …
The “preliminary” warning seems to have disappeared from the ESP32-C3 spec and Table 14 clearly lists — TaDa — 100 Ksps!
I would celebrate but my acquisition code uses two cores!
I can’t win.
But it’s a start.
