In page 10 . I found i2s interface description .
IO15 (I2SO_BCK );
IO3 (I2SO_DATA);
IO2 (I2SO_WS )

but I can not find IO3 pin ? so, where is IO3?

IO3 is labeled as RXD pin, please see Table 2-1. ESP-WROOM-02U/ESP-WROOM-02D Pin Definitions

BTW this is ESP32 (not ESP8266) forum.
