External Pull-up on GPIO_12 with 3.3v flash in ESP32 Wrover

Hi,

I have put external pull-up on GPIO_12 for flash operation. This is forcing VDD_SDIO to use 1.8v for internal flash. Some of the modules I have ordered seems to be 3.3v flash and some are 1.8v flash. Is there any way I can bypass external pull-up through the programming tools/efuse setup, so that I can program both the modules without any hardware modification ?
