Hey guys,
i'm new to this and i'm starting a new project. I'm a little bit confused by the informations given to me.
I purchased the ESP32-S2-Saola-1 and read through the dataheet and several guides.
I want to connect two sensors which need 5V power supply.
As far as I understand the specifications correctly the board provides 3,3V and 5V power supply.
Can I use the mini-usb port for power supply, to ge the 5V I need for the sensors or should I use an external power supply for this?

Re: ESP32-S2 Power supply
It's a tad hairy as the maximum power requirement for the ESP is pretty close to what USB can deliver at max, but as a rule of thumb, as long as your sensors don't use too much power (say 50-100mA max), you should be able to power them safely from USB.
