Microcontroller simpler than ESP32

Hello people...
I want to use ESP32, to shoot if it "sees" any movement.
HOWEVER, I want to put Presence Sensor too, so I wanted to know if you have a microcontroller, cheaper than ESP32, because I don't need so much processing. In reality the most problem is the cost, the dollar, it's complicated.
Researching I discovered a Wemos D1 Mini; but does anyone know any other microcontrollers that i can connect a motion sensor to? It should go through WI-FI, or Bluetooth, to the cell phone warning that someone has.
