Can anyone advise whether or not I can use the Lolin D32 or Pro version as a P.I.D controller with SSR? It looks I can, but here is my project:
To be able to connect an LCD screen or TFT screen, 1 NTC thermistor, and a couple of push-in buttons (to toggle between settings). Through this set up to be able to dim lights at the house (and receive temperature info on the screen) but also to be able to adjust the dimming parameters over a simple gui or any other way, over my phone (or the PC) by just entering the whatever local address the board has taken and then access it.
I have done something similar in a different project with a different platform but I would like to try these one (if feasible) as it will suit this project better.
Thank you in advance!

I see no reasons why that project would not be possible.
