Static IP Webserver to access ESP32 using NB-IOT

Hi Guys.

I have a webserver running on the esp32 but this is only accessbile via local network and I dont wish to do port-forwarding or any other router chages as this if for an IIOT application.

I was hoping to add an NB-IOT module to expand the esp32 use.

1) Is there any new modules using NB-IOT and ESP32 ( Not PyCOM or Particle too expesnive)

2) IF not what is the best way to connect the hardware so I can do OTA to ESP32 firmware

3) Is it possible to get the esp32 webserver as static ip to see it from outside the network from anyplace that has internet access
