Cannot open .pcb files from Espressif homepage

When I download the PCB files from this webpage [https://www.espressif.com/en/support/do ... +Reference] and try to open them using Eagle, I am getting an error: Wrong file signature: y&.

Can somebody reproduce this error and/or know how to fix it?

We need to be able to open these files since we need to develop our own board.
Help is much appreciated.

Unfortunately Espressif's .pcb design files aren't from Eagle, they're from Mentor PADS (a few tools use the .pcb extension).

There are some converters and free viewers out there. Otherwise, the reference designs should come with Gerber files which can be referenced to look at the final board output details.
