Order module with preprogrammed flash?

Is it possible to order the ESP32-WROOM-32D/U with a preprogrammed flash? I want to build a large number of boards (ultimately ~15,000) that includes the esp32 and wanted to avoid relaying out what is already available on the modules but to streamline assembly it would be useful to have preprogrammed flash with some test code.

Interested in this too, or a pre-programmed image where all it does is accept an OTA update once a user connects it to their WiFi.
