Need 16 MB Flash supported ESP32-WROVER module

We need at least 10000 if they are ready to make ESP32-WROVER module with 16 MB internal flash memory.

I thought for 10,000 quantity, Espressif would do it? MOQ 10 reels, @650pc a reel, is 6,500 modules.
