How to perform a data payload test on a thread network?

Hi everyone, I have a thread network structure with ESP32H2, C6 and Router Board devices working perfectly, and I need to perform tests on the network to prove its efficiency, and one of the tests is the payload between devices on the network. Can anyone help me? I need to send data over the network with varying sizes to test the functionality and robustness of network traffic... How do I do this from one device to another??.. I use UDP and TCP to send messages, but they are simply bits sent.
