I have this question about "In-Package Quad SPI Flash" :
Does-it mean that the flash is really inside the chip so we do not need external flash IC ?

Yep! And some ESP32 variants also have PSRAM / SPI RAM inside the same chip package.

Well actually, the FLASH (and optionally SPRAM) are NOT in/on the "chip" (the die). But they're in the package. The S32, the (optional) FLASH and (optional) PSRAM are all on seperate dies, wirebonded together and then packages (epoxy resin filled) into a package, something often called a "chip" but actually incorrect.
This technique has been used in SoC's for mobile phones etc. for some time now, where RAM is bonded to the CPU. Probably the GPU as well.
