ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N4 pins problem

Hello everyone
I am new to ESP32 boards
I want use this board with sTM32 to establish an wifi connection and BLE connection via AT commands .
I have confilict : can I download new firmwway to the boad via USB? OR usart0?

other confilict for AT coomand should we use USART0 or USART1 ?

How can we get supported in this forum . The datasheet shows diffirent connection and the desihn notes says diffirent pins

and here no one answer for 3 days !

On the ESP32-S3, you can use the USB serial/JTAG for flashing and debugging.
