eFuse programming success or failure rate

Hi,

With other MCU devices I have used, there is a small % failure rate when eFuses or OTP memory is programmed, and therefore there is an impact on the time taken during production in case retries are necessary for programming eFuses.

I have checked the datasheet for ESP32 but cannot find relevant details for this. If I program eFuses on ESP32 100,000 times, how many times can I expect a failure where I will need to re-try?
