ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1 - Factory firmware

Hello,
I am very new to the Expressif world. I will probably have a whole series of question. My first question is, where is the source for the firmware that is running on this board that has the ESP32-S2-WROOM-1u N8R8 installed? This version of the firmware blinks the RGB LED on the board. This firmware will be my fall back in the eventuality of me hosing up the board with my inexperience.

I have a follow up question. How do I download the firmware loaded on this board? This also service as a backup when I eventually hose something on the board.
