ESP-IDF v5.2 has released

ESP-IDF v5.2 is a minor update for ESP-IDF v5.1. Release v5.2 is mostly compatible with apps written for ESP-IDF v5.1, but there are some breaking changes which will require code changes when updating projects. Release v5.2 is the latest stable release at the time of writing.
