ESP32 client with AT command

Hi , I buy one ESP32-DevKitC board to test connection with bluetooth printer with BLE. I configure the ESP32-DevKitC as client by AT command, but ESP32 can't scan any service. I want to know only using AT command ,whether the ESP32-DevKitC can connet the bluetooth printer and print correctly? thanks...
