If you got solution of this issue please share with me cause of I'm getting same issue by using jlink EDU mini+esp32 with openocd tool chain.

there are several issues regarding tihs event not occuring but no one from esp32 team has officially answered. So this event is going to be happened or we have to detect manually that client is connected or not?
