One more thing, the messages on the console are displayed correctly only if I select 38400 bps baudrade. On default 115200 i see only unrecognizable characters. Is this a normal behavior or suggests any problems with the clock?

Yes, i have two dev boards, the 'hello world' example (and any other) run on it without problems. I flashed my board using a USB2UART converter, from Raspbery Pi serial port and directly from RS232 laptop port via MAX3232. Always same result.
