<SOLVED> using EspRFTestTool_v2.8_Manual.exe instead of the newer EspRFTestTool_v3.6_Manual.exe

I have an ESP32-MINI connected only via power-supply and UART pins. I flashed the ESP32_RFTest_190_8cac24c_20230710.bin tool on it using flash_download_tool_3.9.5.
