Did you get to the bottom of the JTAG being slow?

Mine isn't as bad as yous, I get about 6KB/Sec but it still isn't what I would call useable.

Hi, Thanks for the info. I have managed to make it a little more stable by setting it to 3.3V flash in the esp32.cfg file. Also I have worked out that my EN/Reset button doesn't seem to work unless I have a serial connection open, very weird. I did read that there was an issue with some of the board...

I only got the esp-wrover-kit as it had jtag debugging and it is hopeless, very temperamental.

Has anyone got a recomendation for a jtag interface that actually woks with the ESP32?
