For example: I want to create a heart rate service, how can i create with AT command?

We are working on the esp32 c3 mini with stm32 and we will activate to BLE. We have a lot of problem and we need help. Do you have any example for stm32 with at command for BLE?

We need to GATT activate. We need send data.
