One year after your post, I am searching for the same. Have you found a good working solution?
Currently I use a TP5000 charger and a mechanical switch to change between charger and ESP32 but this solution isn't practical.
Any comments are much appreciated.

Charging a LiFePO4 battery which powers an ESP32
G'day. I am developing an ultra-low power device and I have a LiFePO4 battery connected to the 3.3V Pin of an ESP32. Now I want to charge the battery and I am wondering if I can connect a TP5000 battery charger to this pin as well. The battery charger will output 3.6V to charge the battery (+/- 0.05...
