Multiple cores that you can turn on and off; preferably at least 4. Plus one very low power core. Maybe a multi chip design with a separate radio chip and custom bus interface. Not that you couldn't package it all into one but it would allow more configuration options.

Just an expression of disappointment. I thought OTA was something different than it is. I thought it was going to be sort of automatic background process to implement wireless com ports for uploading firmware and maybe debugging. What it actually is is a support API to implement updating partitions ...
