Hi When I go to add member on the app and type in the email address it show user does not exist for sharing? Am I missing something?

Hi I have esp32 triggering a relay on/off with rainmaker. I need to know how to change the code so the relay stays on for 3 seconds than goes off to trigger a gate motor.
