I close this post. There is indeed an electrical difference between these 2 versions of the chip. In IDE Arduino config, the V6 works with Flash Mode = "DIO" and not with Flash Mode = "QIO". The V5 works with Flash QIO mode. Why ? I don't have the answer.

Hello, I have 2 ESP32-CAMs. The first to the version "Chip is ESP32D0WDQ5 (revision 1)", the second to the Chip is ESP32D0WDQ6 (revision 1) version. The first one works very well. The second no.
