Re: UDP packet loss whilst moving around
No EMI from motors or anything special when it's in moving around. I have tried with the antenna in all orientations. It happens if you hold your arm out and wave it around - always direct line of sight to the access point. Also happens if you just walk around lazily, again always keeping it direct ...

Re: UDP packet loss whilst moving around
Yeah I've attached a 1HP motor (human power) to it. . The human has legs and arms.MicroController wrote: Current ESP32 chips don't have integrated propulsion systems so I wonder what makes your chip "move around".
Some kind of electric motor by any chance?

UDP packet loss whilst moving around
Hi all I have an application where my ESP32 is receiving a fairly constant stream of UDP packets whilst it is physically moving around. I find that when I get about 20 meters (60 feet) away from the access point, that there starts to be a lot of packets dropped (maybe like 10-20%) if moving around, ...

Re: Streaming OPUS example
It also seems that the ADF only has encoding functions and nothing to decode the Opus?

Streaming OPUS example
Hi all Looking for any examples of streaming audio using OPUS codec. The codec examples in the ADF are for reading from a SD card and using the AAC codec and there's little documentation around it anyway. I'm trying to read from a TLV320 audio codec chip (got this working ok), compress the audio usi...

Thanks for the help. I suspect it's all too hard for my little brain.

Re: Audio on Mesh (and use of esp-va-sdk)
Hi Ehab
Did you have much latency? I've always wanted to have a mesh intercom system around the house/yard/shed etc, including portable units I can carry around. - Matt

Re: Audio on Mesh (and use of esp-va-sdk)
I didn't get very far, but its not my area of speciality either. I was only trying to send voice which is very low bandwidth.

Voice streaming using Mesh
Hi all Apologies if this is a double post, I wrote a post last night on my phone and it doesn't seem to be there, so trying again on my laptop. I'm wondering if anyone has experience in streaming voice (low quality 4KHz would be ok) between multiple ESP32s using mesh networking? I've done some basic...

Low quality audio (voice only) using mesh
Hi all. New to esp32 so please forgive me. Before I spend hours delving into this I thought I'd ask the experts first. Looking to develop a system where voice gets passed around a small network, like an intercom style. Each set-up will be different, some could be small, some could be over largish ar...
